Delete your Idle Elite account or data

Idle Elite is provided by WeSkillNow.

1. In the game, open Settings → Privacy & chat → Delete account / data → Request deletion. This opens an email containing your player ID and player name.
2. Send the request to weskillnow@gmail.com. If you cannot open the game, email that address with your player name and, if linked, the email used for Google sign-in. Never send a password or sign-in code.
3. We verify ownership before processing the request and confirm when deletion is complete. You can request specific data deletion without deleting your account.

What is deleted

Your Firebase account, linked profile and name claims, current and previous cloud saves, leaderboard records, chat messages and associated reports. Deletion is permanent. Clear local app storage or uninstall the game if you also want to remove local saves; opening the game again may create a new anonymous account.

Hard Reset and uninstalling do not delete online records. Information required by law may be retained only for that requirement; we explain any applicable exception in our response.
